Concierge

Our client is recruiting for a highly polished, energetic and charismatic Concierge Receptionist for a super high end residential development situated in Chelsea.    The hours are 8:00 to 20:00 hours, one week working 5 shifts (Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) and the following week working 2 shifts (Wednesdays and Thursdays), an average of 42 hours per week over a 2-week period.  Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and have a strong proven track record. The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy.
