Job Description:
Goshen JC Recruitment works with residential developments and property management companies across London and surrounding areas. We regularly recruit for building support and residential service roles, including Porters, Concierge, Caretakers, Cleaners and Property Management positions.
Each role is tailored to the specific needs of the building and client. Responsibilities may vary depending on the size of the development, service standards and operational requirements.
We are looking for dependable, professional and service-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining safe, well-managed and welcoming residential environments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of residential buildings in line with client requirements
- Deliver a high standard of service to residents, visitors and contractors
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of communal areas as required
- Follow site procedures, health and safety regulations and company guidelines
- Carry out duties appropriate to the specific building and role assignment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a residential, facilities or customer service environment is desirable
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Right to work in the UK
